In  2013 apple as in a fix, as it knew that the mobile market has
gained momentum and just bringing few changes to its existing products won’t help them to be the “Raja” for long. So, Apple did a lot of research and as apple likes brought out a feature that would bring a new aspect to the smart phones by bringing the “Touch ID”. The new iPhone 5s a new software design, fingerprint unlocking, broader motion sensing, even the continued evolution of Siri. The result being “beech ka” neither that good nor that bad.

The 5S looks wise is just like the iPhone 5 with a slightly different home button. The home button has a metallic rim attached to it and houses the touch id in it. The phone in self is unbelievably light, slim, the screen is narrower than other smart phones in this category, making it suitable for one hand use.

The new home button.

The screen is the same 4 inch retina display one, and has though the ppi is less than other but there are hardly any flaws in the display. The major “badlawh” inside the body of the iPhone. It has the new m7 chip and the a7 processor which is based on the 64 bit architecture and is indeed fast and snappy. The “Touch Id” is a great technology which uses our finger print to unlock the device, it even has a new feature the Apple pay which has been launched just in America right now.

The iPhone 5s has an upgraded 8MP camera on the back that takes good images specially with the new dual flash. Apple says that the two flash help in providing better colour toning and true colour images.

iPhone 5S: Camera sample.

Taking a look at some of its basic features:

Features
Details
Remarks
Screen
4 inch Led display
The retina display is great for a 4 inch phone.
Os
IOS 7, upgradable to 8.4
The 1 GB ram though less than other is snappy on the 5S.
Camera
8 Mp back and 1.2Mp front
The camera is decent taking good images. The dual flash is a add on.
Battery
1560 mAh
One of the major disappointments of the phone. Barely lasts 6 to 7 hours.
Connectivity
4G LTE and Wifi.
The iPhone fails to impress in this field as it continues to lack both NFC & Bluetooth  to connect to other devices.

The major problem faced by many of the user is that the battery didn’t last that long as people had to keep the charger at standby. The Siri is a lot more enhanced than before and performs greatly. However on thing still missing is the third party keyboard support or the swipe feature. Talking about all this lets look at the following:

Pros:
Fingerprint scanner is intuitive.
 Big performance improvement.
Powerful processor.
4G LTE support.
Cons:
Camera OK.
Battery life.
Lacks nfc and Bluetooth
No screen technology change.

Final verdict:
Most people know what an iPhone is like so if you want a classy, smooth and efficient phone you should definitely go for it. The iPhone 5s is a great phone but it’s not perfect though. If you are a photo nerd or want customization stuff you should head over to the Lumia or Moto X. Or else you can opt for iPhone 5c if you don’t want such advance features and think that you wouldn’t need them.
