HTC M9+ : The new metal design. |
The Htc fans belive that no one makes smartphones better than the
Taiwanese device maker. Indeed after seeing the M9+ you even start believing
the same. The phone grans your attention the moment you look at it. As the name
suggests it is bigger than the M9 and even heavier. It uses HTC’s popular all
metal design and combines it with significant improvements
The phone has a 5.2 inch high resolutions screen that looks pretty
good. The display is crisp and sharp. The viewing angles are great and the outdoor visibility is also
superb. The phone impresses in terms of performance and specs. It has 2.2 Ghz
processor coupled with 3Gb ram that makes it a super performer. It runs like
“Makhan”. There are hardly any lags to notice and the device is a monster in
itself.
HTC M9+ Camera Sample |
The phone houses a 20Mp camera on the back that has auto focus to
it. The photos clicked outside in well light conditions were good but the one
click indoor in low light failed to make an impression. The M9+ comes with a 4MP
Ultra-Pixel front camera with a capable HDR and is definitely one of the finest
selfie cameras out there. If you're looking for a close to true-to-life audio
experience on a smartphone then the M9+ is the closest that you'll get right
now. Sadly, Sense 7 doesn't seem all that a 'fresh' update in comparison to
Sense 6, or 5 for that matter. Good thing is, like most Sense features, you can
disable Sense Home should you want space to breathe on that home screen.Taking
a look at some of its basic features:

Various Color Options of M9+ |
At the end of the day, it's all
about your taste and the brand that you follow. The M9+ (although a reprisal of
the M8 in more ways than one) is definitely one among the classiest handsets
that we've seen in recent times. So it's got the 'looks' covered and falls only
slightly short than the S6, which is not bad at all.Lets have a look at the
pros and cons of the m9+:
Pros:
•Premium and attractive design
•Crystal clear High resolution display
• Excellent build quality
• Lag free performance.
• Battery
|
Cons:
• Overpriced
• Average camera
|
Final verdict:
The m9+ is a worthy upgrade from
the m8. It is priced around Rs. 40000/-
There is some issues with the device regarding the pricing strategy and
the camera. For those who are looking for something extra though, there are of course
better options.M9+ a flagship that still leaves a lot to
be desired when placed next to the Galaxy S6 and the iPhone 6.
